Gold winners at RHS Malvern Autumn Festival 2023

Our final RHS show of 2023 and we are very pleased to round off the year with a Gold Medal for our display of Japanese garden plants and dwarf evergreen trees. We wouldn't be able to do this without the support of our wonderful customers and all those people working and supporting us behind the scenes. After a challenging year, it's great to finish the show season on a high!

David Cheshire Nurseries has been awarded a Platinum Award for our display of Niwaki, bonsai rare and unusual plants in the Floral Marquee at BBC Gardeners World Live 2022. The centerpiece of our display was our stunning Japanese Holly (Ilex crenata) Niwaki.
Gold medal winners at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2022

We are very pleased to announce that David Cheshire Nurseries has been awarded an RHS Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal Floral Award for our display of Japanese garden plants, Niwaki, bonsai and choice plants in the Great Pavilion. The highlight of our display was our stunning Japanese White Pine (Pinus parviflora) Niwaki and Japanese Yew (Taxus cuspidata) Niwaki.
A huge thanks to all the team that have been involved and to all our family, friends and customers for their fantastic support.
Final preparations for RHS Chelsea Flower Show
16th May 2022
Final preparations are now underway before David Cheshire Nurseries head south to London next week to begin setting up for exhibiting at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show which opens to the public from 24th to 28th May 2022.
Five Flower Plant Village Award at RHS Malvern Spring Show 2022

David Cheshire Nurseries win the 'Five Flower Plant Village Award' scoring a fantastic 11 out of 12 points for our display of Japanese Maples (Acers) and Bonsai Trees at the RHS Malvern Spring Show with Larchfield Trees.
Niwaki wins Plant of the Year 2021!

In August 2021, David Cheshire Nurseries' Japanese Yew (Taxus cuspidata) Niwaki won the prestigeous Plant of the Year Award at BBC Gardeners' World Live Special Edition as part of the Best Exhibit (Geoff Hamilton Award) in the Floral Marquee with Larchfield Trees.
