We are currently looking to fill two roles based at our Nursery in Baginton near Coventry.

Assistant Nursery Worker

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic person to join our team, initially on a part-time basis. Flexible hours. For the right person, we plan to develop this role into a full-time post.

You will need to have...

• Experience in commercial nursery production
• Experience in the maintenance and propagation of plants
• A keen interest in choice, rare and unusual plants
• Understanding of the importance of correct watering
• Appropriate horticultural qualifications including PA3 knapsack sprayer certificate
• Plant knowledge and a passion for plants and trees
• A desire to learn and develop the role
• Good, confident communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and honest
• Own transport and driving licence

Online Sales and Marketing Assistant

• Stock control and POS experience using Lightspeed Retail X or similar
• Online store / sales managment using Ecwid or similar
• Good, confident communication and customer service skills
• Well organised and able to use own initiative
• A desire to learn with a proactive approach to work
• Packing and dispatch of online orders via Royal Mail Click and Drop and Parcel Force
• Plant knowledge and a passion for plants and trees
• A desire to learn and develop the role
• Reliable and honest
• Own transport and driving licence
